These three houses built between 1899 and 1901 demonstrate the talent of Henri Jacobs for designing and building private houses. N° 7 won a façade competition and has retained several beautiful original features inside, including a painting by Privat Livemont. N° 9 was the architect's own home and office. Although N° 11's façade has eclectic touches, its interior has retained several unusual Art Nouveau-inspired features.
