
Due to space and time restrictions, some of the interiors will only be accessible by prior reservation, and the number of places available will be limited. To reserve your place, please visit our website www.voiretdirebruxelles.be.
For those without access to the internet, reservations can also be made in person at the special Art Nouveau Biennial Event counter at the Brussels Info Place (BIP ), Rue Royale 2-4, 1000 Brussels.
Reservations can no longer be made by telephone. Reservations will not be guaranteed until payment in full is received.
The counter at the BIP will be open:
• in September from Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm to 5pm
• in October from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
Reservations may be made from 1 September.
At least one specialist guide will be present in each interior. Voir et Dire Bruxelles is making every
effort to have guides who speak different languages.

To gain access to the interiors, visitors must purchase a "passport" or pay € 7 in cash per interior (only for buildings for which reservations are not required).
The guided visits will take place as soon as a group has been formed (for the interiors for which reservations are not required) or at pre-arranged times (for interiors for which reservations are required).

• Passport for all 4 weekends: € 50
• Passport valid for one weekend: € 18
• Supplement for Solvay house: € 25 per person.
Supplement for Max Hallet house: € 15 per person (in addition to passport).
• Single interior visit: € 7 payable in cash at the door
(only for interiors for which reservations are not required).
• Children under 12: free.
PRE -SALES
Passports are available for pre-sales online at www.voiretdirebruxelles.be or at the Art Nouveau Biennial Event counter at the Brussels Info Place (BIP), Rue Royale 2-4, 1000 Brussels. Telephone reservations will no longer be accepted.
To avoid having to join the queues outside the buildings, you are strongly encouraged to reserve your pre-timed visit (for the buildings where reservations are required) or to buy your passport online.
Passports purchased online will be available 48 hours later for collection from the Art Nouveau Biennial Event counter at the BIP , Rue Royale 2-4, 1000 Brussels. We regret that passports cannot be sent by post.
The owners who allow you into their properties are placing their trust in us and in you.
By taking part, you agree to respect the private spaces that are open to you. We ask you to adhere strictly to the following rules:
• Your passport for accessing the various premises is for personal use only.
• For locations requiring prior reservation, please bring your registration confirmation
with you.
• Please stick to the visiting hours you have been given, otherwise your visit may be refused.
· Please respect the owners' privacy.
• Please follow instructions from the guide or owner and keep to the route that they suggest.
· Animals are not permitted.
• It is not permitted to take photographs of the guide or owner without prior authorisation.
• Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in indoor spaces.
The organisers and owners accept no responsibility in the event of an accident. Any damage caused by a visitor, whether accidental or deliberate, must be paid for by the visitor or their insurance company.
As a last resort, owners reserve the right to refuse entry.
The success and future of this event depend on all visitors adhering to these rules.
