This block of luxury apartments, built on a prominent corner site to the designs of Antoine Courtens in 1928, certainly deserves to be called a  palace . The entrance hall has a particularly refined decor of marble and ironwork. On the top floor, visitors can enjoy the unusual view from the star-shaped dome. From 14 October to 20 November, the building will host an exhibition of works of art by five artists: Bettina Küsel, Philippe Leblanc, Anthony Oliver, Yolanda Sanchez y de Vera and Wim Taciturn (members of the Artists.B.Collective association).
