The Brussels' greatest architect of non-religious state schools, Henri Jacobs, designed and built this complex, which opened in 1907. Today it is one of the finest examples of Art Nouveau educational architecture to have survived. Visitors can admire the particularly fine sgraffiti panels by Privat Livemont.
