Rathaus von Forest
Designed in 1925 by Jean-Baptiste Dewin, an architect strongly influenced by the Viennese Secession, Forest Town Hall was built between 1934 and 1938. Dewin's design is functional and logical and not without a sense of monumental luxury, with its combination of exotic woods, polished marble, wrought-iron, sculptures and stained-glass windows.
