On the ground floor of this elegant commercial and apartment building designed by the architect François Hemelsoet and built in 1903, visitors are welcomed to the  Culture Garage and  The Two Peacocks , two spaces created by Olga Dietrich for cultural exchanges. Visitors can watch a display of tango dancing, a dance created at the end of the nineteenth century in Argentina, they can have a look at some of the beautiful antique hats belonging to Olga and then enjoy a drink and some tapas at  The Two Peacocks café.
