Designed by Horta as a shop for the wholesale draper Waucquez, this elegant building, which marvellously combines the different facets of Art Nouveau, has found a new lease of life as the home of the Belgian Strip Cartoon Centre. The passport gives access to the splendid entrance hall but also, opposite, to the old offices of the newspaper  Le Peuple , arranged in 1931-1931 by Fernand and Maxime Brunfaut and which shelter today the Foundation Marc Sleen recently.
