This Eclectic-style house with Art Nouveau touches was built in 1904 to the designs of the architect Gabriel Charle, who had worked as an assistant to Henri Jacobs and Georges Hobé. The painter Georges Lemmers sold it to another painter, Marguerite Mommens-Ithier. On the ground floor is the dining room with its magnificent fireplace which overlooks the huge studio lit by a wide bay-window.
